Nothing would happen to the DOJ/Feds for this. If anything, they will be applauded by the media and their voters for slandering a father and his daughter. If they find out this dad is a Republican, it will make it better in their eyes.

This POS (kid), did exploit that loophole, and the school board did a piss poor job all around. I’m not disagreeing with that fact. He wasn’t trans though.

This is why we are having weird language games about basic terminology. For example people refusing to say pregnant woman and saying birthing person.
The first reaction is to ignore the nonsense but some of the activists have massively upped the importance of paying attention. If they control media or legal definitions and can plausibly define your (formerly unchallenged and still commonly agreed upon) definitions as discriminatory it matters immensely

Many of us in our own community are trying to fix this. Because non-binary trenders are hijacking the community, they are trying to change definitions to the disapproval of us who are traditional transsexuals so they can fit under this umbrella that we get lumped under. It’s frustrating

LosAngelesTiger (RIP) called ALL of this nearly a decade ago. He was gay and was furious at similar actions by those with bad intentions. He saw the writing on the wall and knew that the Democrat party had really bad intentions in the long run with it.

We cannot opt out of paying taxes to school districts who put our children at risk and try to teach them values we are horribly counter to what most of us value.
