I grew up owning beagles, they do shed some. Members of our family have/had dachshunds and they are great. Sister in law’s family has a schnauzer so I’m kinda leaning that way. The one they have is a great miniature with lots of personality and doesn’t seem to shed much.

Standard golden doodle. You'll have to open your checkbook for one but they're great dogs.

my vote would go to the standard poodle. rank high on intelligence scale, loyal, athletic, don't shed, hearty and healthy breed.

that's if you're looking for a medium to larger size dog. Also don't equate min-poodles to standards. they arent just "little poodles". different attitudes,, demeanors, and health related issues.

If you value your time then don’t get a pet dog.

If you just have to have one then make it an outdoor dog. There is nothing like visiting a friend’s house and once you walk in you smell that disgusting stench of an indoor dog.

Advice, don't get a dog.

Many of you pathetic humans are PoSs who don't take dog ownership seriously.

Same with children, 90% of you ppl don't deserve children .

what are some other dog options you’d recommend for no/low shedding and good indoor dog, not to big either.
From what I've read, greyhound.
