why would he? We used Boutte in the slot with BTJ lined up outside frequently this year. With Jenkins off to the draft, his role will be even greater next season.

Good luck Jack in you’re next endeavor. I always looked to see if number 80 was on the field. I for one appreciate you playing hurt most of the season. I didn’t want you to transfer but I’m not in you’re shoes. Thanks for the memories and hope to see you at the next level at Cincinnati.

Sorry he is leaving. I know that can't be easy since he has been a Tiger from boyhood. Disappointing it didn't work out for him but I wish him great luck.

So as of now, JD looks to be the starter unless he is somehow beat out. JD isn't good at spreading the wealth like Burrow and Mettenberger. Why waste remaining eligibility to be a run blocker at LSU, like Trey Quinn. Go somewhere that distributes the ball better. I'm really surprised Boutte is coming back unless BK hinted to him that the QB is going to be different next year.
