What would you give up to draft Drake Maye?

Hypothetically if he were draft eligible this year, what would you give to have him as our future QB?

Haven’t watched him play. He plays in a weak conference. Has he ever played against real competition other than 1 game a year vs Clemson?

He’s a stud. He’s the one you would want.
Unfortunately we don’t have anything to give.

Weak conference or not some players it’s just obvious when you watch them play that they are going to be all-pro level talents and he’s the best guy coming out of college at least since Burrow. He’s got the total package with his arm and legs.

Dumb argument. Josh Allen played in Wyoming in the Mountain West conference. Justin Herbert played in the PAC 10.

I hear ya and I agree with the guy below me too.
Mahomes was another obvious one. In the bowl game against LSU, he kept Texas Tech from losing 70-0. Battled his arse off and made the game somewhat respectable.
Just haven’t watched Maye specifically and I’m a little wary of that conference considering how much of a bust T Law is.

By the time he is draft eligible, he will be a very good qb. He's young now and it shows at times however he has all the tools to be top qb. The Clemson game will be a good measuring stick for him this year. Their record does not reflect the team this year. They easily could have 6 losses if not just for him.

Trade Project Peat, Glassman Davenport and Pussy Thomas and maybe washed up Honey Badger to go get Maye!!!

I agree with this. He reminds me of Herbert.

Should've just stopped there. Watch him and then ask questions. Kid is very good.

I really like him, but isn’t he a freshman?
