With my own account information.
Lady said yesterday i added a new phone number online and then made the payment after inputting the verification code i received at the new number.
I mean i was going to pay it off on the 30th like usual but it's just annoying.

I wish someone hacked me and took care of my chores. I had someone hack me a few weeks back and steal $800 out of a venmo account. Got it back but I'll never be using venmo again.

Now it is your turn. I'll send you my CC info ASAP...

Close the account and say Thank You.

This is where she then cancels them and opens one for herself.

They paid it with my money. Maybe i wasn't clear about that part. All they did was pay it a week earlier than i was planning. Just more of an annoyance knowing someone hacked the account

Helping you keep that utilization down.

Sounds screwy. I’d put a freeze on that account ASAP.

I closed it. Changed passwords for that card and my banking password.

Are you sure you weren’t drunk and paid your CC bill?
This would be a very odd hack…

Credit card company said they saw several of these over the last 2 weeks.

Poof. There went that positive credit history.

They are getting your score up. They will take out a huge loan and default. Lock your credit down.

Left the front door unlocked yesterday and someone came in my house and switched a load of clothes over to the dryer, so annoying

I had this kind of happen years ago. It's just to garner trust from the credit card company then they're going to charge all kinds of shite and not pay.
Get on top of this now

Makes me think of the time when I was in college and almost broke, got really high and found a $20 bill laying on the ground.
My buddy and I blew the money on beer and pizza slices then the next day I realized it had actually fallen out of my pocket and I was literally broke.

What would be a huge pain in the arse would be is let’s say your credit card balance was 40k and you only had 20k in that bank account they used to pay it.
Then the credit card would be thinking that you are insolvent because you had a returned payment, plus add a fee for that, and your bank charges you an NSF fee for not having the 40k in that account. Then your bank starts asking question why this person just tried to pay a 40k credit card bill.

I’m curious how this call went down...?
“M’am I promise that wasn’t me that paid off my credit card on time. Your company knows me, surely this was fraud”
