UNLAWULLY interfering. Is there a "lawful" way to interfere with it? Where's the distinction drawn? What's the statute for unlawful interference?

They have to do something because once the house flips in session the the reublicans wanted to investigate what happened on Jan 6th. This way, since it is now under a special counsel they can say that the house is compromising their prove and so they recommend “x” not to appear…

We know it’s political, so we’ll hire an independent investigator, chosen by us, to make sure it’s okay - dems

Yeah - that’s why I’m saying their wording is really loose. I mean, you could make a case that Trumps convo with Pence is interference.

But exploring legal means to pause certification so investigations and cases can make their way through courts shouldn’t be considered unlawful.

It’s just all about the existence of this “momentous and critical” investigation to begin with. And most significant and important of all to the left, the ultimate goal being their selective leaking strategy, to shape and mold public opinion and perception. Simply all about the selective leaking.

this announcement only strengthens my resolve to vote for Trump

bottom line:
Democrats/uniparty's only concern is maintaining POWER. They are not concerned about the country's well-being. Why, after all the shite they have put President Trump & family thru, would he run for President? If you seriously think it's for money or power, you're brain dead

So fricking tired of the DC cesspool.

They are announcing to everyone that deigns to frick with their sandbox that this is what will happen if they step out of line.

I swear if it was wiped from the planet tomorrow I'd be so happy.

Yeah. That’s what I see as their strategy.

The one wildcard are those Jan 6 cases in the Dem-friendly District of Columbia. If they continue to build momentum with those cases, they may feel confident they can get a Trump conviction there, even on super weak evidence.

Kinda hope they do.

May very well be the spark that causes patriots to test Biden's F-15s.

Just curious what statutes of law they are specifically looking into. If we are still a nation of laws and not men, what specific statutes are they claiming the sitting POTUS violated? What does "interfering" in transfer of power mean exactly and how specifically is this addressed in the Constitution?

Does the Constitution even matter anymore?

Flip the tables, and every DNC leader, member, sycophant everywhere would be howling from the mountaintops about what an outrage this was the minute it hit the news.

Here, instead:
