Imagine rolling out an NFT project in 2024 after that whole concept has been laughed at for three years. I guess at this point they're just trying to maintain the facade that this has been a legitimate enterprise all along before investors begin suing.

I have my doubts that the SEC launched a full blown investigation on these relatively small time pissants with all the hundreds of other crypto scams out there, not to mention their normal job of overseeing publicly traded markets. They can't possibly have the resources to look into all of these.

At this point though, if the people he’s fleeced haven’t tried to beat the shite out of him, how can anyone blame him? He scammed them, is out living his BEST life (vacations, boats, cars, etc) and I know people personally who just talk about how great of a guy he is.
I don’t get it. I got pitched on the scam shortly after he hatched it and I was like “this is the stupidest shite I’ve ever heard of in my life…”
Now I just get a kick out of watching it keep unfolding.

Same here. I know a guy that’s close with David and Frankie and he was still believing in that bs. I was like dude there is nothing tangible whatsoever to invest in. How do you have so much passion for something that you know nothing about like zero. To add to that I know a lot of the people those guys hang around and it doesn’t surprise me one bit what they are doing.
