It’s gotten next to no media attention here in the USA. Are we really that bad in soccer?

The fact that it went to Qatar, an incredibly backwards country from a civil rights perspective, which built the stadiums with slave labor, for games to be played in 100+ degree weather, should tell you what the committee that decides really values (hint: it’s bribes).
