I don't really know the man's heart but at this point anything anticommunist is "Republican". It's a big tent for better or worse.

How is he an opportunist? I assume he has a good amount of money, he’s famous and he’s a legit physician. If I were him there’s no way I would run for public office. His opponent has done nothing but live off his parents and the tax payers. It’s really not a hard decision.

The problem with Oz is that he is very much an outsider to PA so Republican types don't know what to make of him. This is an election where people make up their minds on election day.

They don't like Fetterman at all, but the polling is skewed to favor Democrats. There is this belief that Fetterman is a place holder and that Shapiro when he gets in and if Fetterman is elected , convinces Fetterman to resign after about a year and appoints someone else.

Shapiro is a guy to look out for in addition to Newsom going forward.
