Anyone know if Hanna guster left the team, she is not listed. I would think she probably ate her way off the team. She seem to have no will power to try and lose weight

She gone. Discussed within past several weeks.

She got suspended again weeks before season practice began and left before practices began.

Not really much of a loss except maybe depth, she never really put in the work to get into decent shape and its extremely evident she isn't motivated about basketball anymore.

Thanks I figured she was gone , no big loss.just seem to be lazy. I really believe if she lost about 30 lb she could help the team

Huge disappointment as highly regarded as she was going to Baylor out of high school.

For those in the know for us former Louisiana people that are out state, what is the picture for us this year. Can we have high hopes. No smart arse answers please, how good do you think we can be. thanks.

I have no clue about the roster, the talent on the team, etc about LSU women's basketball. All I know is that with Kim MFing Mulkey (did you know she was Kramer's mom) coaching the team, they have a chance to be really good.

I come from West monroe so I know about Kim from Louisiana Tech days. She got a raw deal from them.

They brought in a great recruiting class and the #1 transfer in the country (Angel Reese). It's hard to say right now if we will do as well as we did last season, but they have a shot.

Alexis Morris, Angel Reese, and Flaujae Johnson are who I'm expecting to lead the group.

I'd say this is definitely a tournament team, but not sure beyond that.

If women’s basketball was as highly watched as the other sports, this girl would have her name up there with Kramer, Herman Johnson, etc by the end of her career with the most repeated fun fact that she is a rapper signed to Jay Z

It would be as highly watched as other sports if it was as much fun to watch

Having said, that I hope they win the NC

Did you attend any games last year?

It was pretty full most games… some seats in uppers open… but pretty much full everywhere else.. crowd cheering atmosphere was similar to mbb… the fan involvement is pretty strong and loud..

Pretty sure season tickets available this year are in uppers only.. I have had mbb since Johnny and enjoy them.. I picked up wbb when we got a new coach..

It is rocking .. players very determined and aggressive and coach staff highly energetic..

It is as much fun as mbb.. different style of ball but competitive and fun to be involved..

I would expect similar results as last year. But less surprising. We aren’t sneaking up on anyone this year. Less experienced and not as deep, but more elite players. Probably a top 20 team. 3-5 in conference, round of 32 to sweet 16 type of team. Might have some early chemistry/growing pains.

Coach Mulkey did not make a rash decision, rest assured. CKM helped Gusters until such a time…

I have attended Women's games for the previous 6 seasons. The last two Nikki years were so miserable I would have been OK if we shut the entire program down. Really depressing watching an LSU team play in a 13k capacity arena but only have 200 people in attendance.

After watching last season I am convinced Kim Mulkey is one of the greatest coaches of all time. The juice she infused into this team/program can only be described as miraculous

I have never attended a WBB. I am glad to hear we have a great environment for LSU WBB.

It is not as much fun as mbb.
