I’m over 15 feet off campus and my family loves LSU baseball.
In fact, there are a good lot of people who care about college baseball.
Besides LSU you can look at Arkansas, Ole Miss, Miss St, South Carolina, Texas and 8&4 and also find rabid fan bases.
And I’m guessing you’ve never been to Omaha, because they also love LSU and college baseball.

What are you, 25-30 feet off of campus? The fact of the matter is statistically speaking, NOBODY cares about college baseball. It's a niche sport, kinda like John's Hopkins lacrosse and Pepperdine water polo. Only football and men's basketball move the needle and bring a college national recognition. That may not sit well with you, but it's the truth.

While basketball and football are kings of the dollar sports, myopic people like you miss out on the level of support college baseball garners.
LSU, and many other schools, commonly has more people attend their baseball games than basketball.

Are you on sure about that??? The men's basketball tournament is the single biggest source of revenue for the NCAA.
Without checking, and just guessing on my part, college baseball probably has 5-10% of the fan interest that college basketball does, and I'm probably overestimating college baseball's impact. It could very easily be less than that.

Not getting my hopes up at all- might not even watch many games this season. Completely deflated after not standing behind the General. This is coming from someone who went to most home games last year.
