He seems disappointed that the Reddit post stated that it was a prank.

i'm aware, and i think that history should be taken into affect, but i guess our great defense attorney's in this country disagree b/c they want to win their case, despite that fact that they are representing a piece of shite that deserves to go to jail.

He's very concerned about the fake Reddit post.

The reddit post, even if it wasn't an obvious prank, was in support of him. He's a dumbass

Just because someone committed a crime in the past doesn't change the idea that they are innocent until proven guilty on any current charges.

He needs to motion for a mistrial already.

he's trying to use it as a mistrial.

He said "liberry." A classic.
Posted on 10/26/22 at 8:42 am to Ingeniero
He has no idea what he is talking about or how to phrase his question.
Posted on 10/26/22 at 8:42 am to Scruffy
Any chance he gets his mistrial?

He'd be dumb not to.
Posted on 10/26/22 at 8:42 am to Ingeniero
i wonder if he were to actually get a mistrial, would he try representing himself again.
Posted on 10/26/22 at 8:43 am to finchmeister08
Let him ramble for 15 minutes then just say "denied"?
Posted on 10/26/22 at 8:43 am to Scruffy
He is talking about the jury not being impartial now because of the fake post.
Posted on 10/26/22 at 8:43 am to Wayne Campbell
Anyone know if the charges require a unanimous verdict?

I don't think the next judge would allow it. He has shown himself to be competent but he refuses to follow the rules of the court.
