Admitting it in order to deny it. Smart move, but not original. We know you're part of a sleeper cell that's been planted long ago for just this opportunity.

The irresponsible ones would be our leaders who definitively threatened the pipelines if Russia invades Ukraine. Pipelines get destroyed, of course we looking at the people who threatened them.

Again...we put a stop to the pipeline via sanctions with the cooperation of Germany. We never threatened to blow anything up.

Pretty much every leftist on the board has been spinning to vomitous levels since the story broke to deny the possibility of US involvement. Including you.

Damn, we got to the 'everyone who disagrees with me is a leftist' stage extremely quickly.

That way he could frame it as an attack by the west and use it for justification of escalating things

That's... not bad reasoning, at least on the surface. The problem is that the war in Ukraine has been an embarrassment for them, they've lost a lot of their initial gains and seem to be slowly losing net ground.

This has caused Putin to begin conscriptions. Russians are so anti-this that the day it was announced saw airline tickets out of the country sell out. This response has become such an issue that Putin is now moving to conscript from Russian prisons (each day of service will take off 10 days of sentence).

So then we have to look deeper. With just getting manpower together to wage the current war he has going on, why would he purposely try to escalate a far larger engagement? And how does it galvanize Russians when it only really hurts Europe?

His citizenry are already turning against him due to word getting out (despite the best attempts of the state-controlled media) that Ukrainians largely see them as invaders to be fought, not liberators to be heralded.

If he wanted to make a real try at creating an issue to rally the people to his cause, he could more easily have had a couple of missiles moved into held Ukrainian territory then fire them into some heavily populated Russian city, then claim it was "western aggression".

Sorry, but the more one digs into the issue the more it becomes clear that Russia doing this makes absolutely no sense.

Except that's not whats happening. Posters are debating the possibilities, linking stories and tweets, discussing Russian motivation as well as the US and Europe...

And every time the US comes up, the same posters run in to shill for the regime. And we know who the board leftists are :winks at crazy4lsu:.

What was it?

Putin’s making a push to Kyiv. This war will be over in days and there will be a new government installed, because Zelensky’s corrupt act of not sucking Trump’s nuts has to be exposed and I heard Covid was created there or China or somewhere else that makes me good and angry.

Oh wait. Putin’s not interested in Kyiv. He just wants to liberate the good people of the Luhansk and Donetsk Oblasts. They want to be Russian anyway. Never mind that Crimea invasion thing.

Did I say Luhansk and Donetsk? I meant Kherson too. They want to be Russian as well.

Objectives met.

I mean mobilization.

I mean referendums.

shite, threaten nukes again.

This is fine. Everything is going perfectly to plan. Take me to my mountain bunker now.

People are saying there's not even evidence and that's taken to be CIA shilling.

Give me an example of me 'shilling' for the regime. Link it if you could.

now you have a dickhead Polish phaggot married to an Atlanticist who works closely with Nuland in the council of foreign relations tweeting "thank you USA".

he should have said thank you state department and Neocon loons, American people aren't down with state sponsored terrorism.

Republicans voted for HW Bush over Buchanan. They then voted for John McCain and Mitt Romney over Ron Paul. Dems nominated Bill Clinton, Al Gore, John Kerry, Obama, HRC and Biden. We most certainly do support state sponsored terror, otherwise we'd have Ron or Rand Paul as President.

Based on the contracts with Western Europe, the party with the most to gain from a disruption of service is Russia.
