He lost me in the first 60 seconds when he admitted he had NO experience with high rises. The weight pushing down from 80 plus floors plus the metal fatigue caused by heat is the answer.

Take an iron bar, sit it in the middle of the charcoal in your barbecue pit, wait a few minutes. You can bend it with your hands like super man.
I find that much more reasonable than training a bunch of morons to crash two planes just above a shite ton of preplanted explosives. I just cannot under how anyone can believe that explosives were smuggled in, set up, survived burning jet fuel, were remotely detonated, and no real evidence exists.
