Newman put up a good fight. Whole city of Many probably creaming their pants over beating a private.

Has Many ever played anyone good? Serious question.

Most arrogant, weird fanbase ever.

49-28 CHS… looking like you could drive a Mack Truck through those holes that CHS is creating

CHS just ripped off a 72 yard run to go up 49-28 with a little under 5 minutes left. The Barry Remo kid for CHS is a really solid running back. Won’t surprise me if he starts getting some looks going into his senior year.

CHS 49 STM 28 Final

I’ll give credit to the Catholic defense, they got torched to start the game and adjusted to shut out STM in the 2nd half.

Final. Special teams plus that pounding running game of Ruston. LCA was up 14-0.

LCA failed to capitalize on a couple of Ruston turnovers plus missed several turnover opportunities early.

Ruston scored on a Pick 6 near the end of the first half.

Ruston onside to start the second half and recovered. Subsequently scored. Second onside and Ruston recovered again, scored.

LCA just could not put anything together, pressing and made mistakes. More turnovers and the pounding running game from Ruston.

Ruston is a very good team.

Beating the #1 qb recruit is a big deal for most schools. Congrats to them.

They have Catholic tonight. Any chance they can keep it close?

Considering they beat a Brother Martin team that hadn't lost a regular season game since 2019 last Friday 30-16, I'd say they have a chance to keep it close.

I’d say they held their own for 3/4 of the game and then got out manned.

It was a heckuva game for sure.
