Hopefully, this will not turn out to be anything but it is another one of those “where did shite come from storms” not coming off the coast of Africa. Would be called Fiona if it develops, I think.

That is showing it heading straight at Haiti. I remember in 2016, when Matthew hit Haiti in early Oct., as a 145-mph cat 4.
It totally destroyed everything on the island, causing $129.95 in damage. Then the vultures came in, collected millions in donations, and disappeared with full pockets, helping nothing.
