But did the 3rd guy get caught yet? If it’s about felony murder charge for 3rd suspect It seems like an odd statement to make without an arrest of the 3rd suspect.

Maybe DA pushes all self defense killings by guns to grand jury to review. If it is about self defense aspect and since it’s Harris County I wonder what is norm for DAs across the state in similar situations.

If he hasn’t been caught, then how do they present this to a grand jury without a defendant?
