I get we didn’t have a great product on the field but our fans were lackluster to say the least. FSU fans had the dome rocking.

Our fans had nothing to cheer about halfway through the 3rd quarter.

To be fair, chanting LSU and FSU sounds a lot alike.

At least everyone stayed until 2 minutes left in the game. Had that game been in tiger stadium the stadium would have been 1/2 empty by halftime.

At least make some noise when we had a decent play. Our fans were abysmal compared to tomahawk chant.

Yeah it seems FSU fans were more into the chanting and cheering. Probably due to what was going on down on the field.

It was almost funny how many of them left the dome to beat traffic after the muffed punt at the end of the game. Almost had that Miami heat playoff game feel to it where everyone was going to try getting back into the dome to watch OT. It was hard to be into it the way the game was going. Only real excitement I remember actually came at the very end after most LSU fans had already left

Making ticket prices more expensive than a black-market kidney did not help. No more salt of the earth in those stands. Now when people get tickets after enough TAF points and blood donations they think its a country club membership as they have earned the right. It has completely changed the atmosphere of Tiger Stadium.
King of the Rednecks atmosphere > what is here now.

Wasn't sure why our band wasn't playing after 3rd down stops. Lost my voice making noise on defense but felt like we were not very loud as a fanbase in the Dome

It was a weird setup. I’d say FSU had 50-60% of the seats. Our band was in the same endzone as FSU and we couldn’t hear them because they were under the banister.

Outside of the first drive and the last drive, LSU didn’t give much to be loud about. At one point FSU was 6/9 on 3rd down on long sustained drives and it was just hard to keep screaming.

It is hard to stay whipped up into a frenzy all night when the offense is anemic, the defense can’t get off the field on third down and the special teams are an unmitigated disaster.

They were probably just in shock the few times that happened

bullshite. FSU had everything on their side the field. LSU fans covered both end zones and all of the LSU side of the field. FSU fans definitely showed up but it was at least 60/40 in favor of LSU. LSU just didn’t give the fans anything to cheer about.

You want to activate a fan base, start winning. It's as simple as that. Last night Florida State dominated the game completely, other than the last four and 1/2 minutes. It's hard for LSU fans to get too excited about that.

LSU fans were clearly out voiced by FSU Sunday night.

But FSU does have an every down chant that is easy and loud. Without out our student section and full band, we don’t have that.

I was in 640, and easily 5-10% of our half was FSU fans. Easy to see when they chopped.

You can say whatever you want, but the stadium was at a minimum 50/50.
