Oregon State outplayed defending BCS champs LSU all night in Tiger Stadium but their kicker missed 3 PATs and one at the end to lose by 1_point. That game was also to start the season.

I legitimately felt bad for that dude. His team played their guts out and he single-handedly cost them the game. Can’t imagine what that plane ride home was like

Us Bama fans would’ve thrown out HC out of the office and packed his stuff! This why Bama is a football state!!! Don’t stand for that

I learned my lesson in 2017 after LSU lost to Troy. They beat us the next week and only lost to Bama the rest of the regular season.

Don’t think it’s really needed. LSU fans pretty much self implode without the help of other fan bases. No one melts like the Rant. NO ONE.

I felt it would destroy him as a freshman.
The LSU game was his first game in College...and it was the most humiliating way to start a career.
Instead he won the Lou Groza Award the next year as a sophomore. The Beavers eventually had the best kicker in the nation, just not that night.

LSU has the best team in College Football history to their name and they are also the last true National Champion. The sport was literally broken after the 2019 team wrecked the field. College Football literally split apart at the seams trying to duplicate the perfection of the 2019 LSU Tigers.
Similar to how the PGA is splitting at the seams trying to compete with the LIV right now.

oh, they were in every thread talking shite on every other team,but there is one big difference, those teams won.

2020- Covid. Different rules in place for each conference and sometimes even within program. Reliance on testing that could produce false positives. Number 5 and 6 players in the draft, among 100’s of other key players didn’t even play.
2021- Transfer Portal spiraled out of control. Recruiting and playing time marred by NIL deals. Still a Covid element.
2022- Transfer Portal still out of control. NIL deals issues exacerbated. Super conferences right around the corner.
It’s simply not the same sport anymore. 2019 was the last untainted year besides the normal under the table
paying of players/families that always happened.
Props to Georgia last year. Their title was more legit than Bama’s in 2020, but it still wasn’t as clean as anything pre 2020 imho.

How does any of that sound like butthurt? I gave very legitimate reasoning.
Also, I’m a Mississippi State fan, Dawg, so I don’t have a biased reason to value LSU or Georgia over Bama.
I’m just calling it the way I see it from an unbiased perspective. You should also be able to see it from an unbiased, truth telling perspective considering you are a ULL fan.
