Some Military planes do show on FlightRadar24. You'll see lots of T-38 trainers every day around different bases. I frequently see C-130's, C-17's, an occasional C-141 tanker, and a few months ago I caught one of the E4-B Dooms-Day planes flying into San Antonio.
