The timing is about right with the election not too far off. If they release it now that will give dems time to kick in lockdowns, more mail in voting, deadly vaccines, mask nazis, school closures, etc.
We've been programmed so it won't be hard to kick in the fear.

Chinese are threading a very thin line to prevent outside intervention at a precarious moment in time.

Next month is the 20th Party Congress. At a time when the global financial system is collapsing, the Chinese are hyper paranoid to avoid another Century of Humiliation, thus are going extreme to make sure bioweapons or any other mechanism of destabilization can be prevented.

I think we’ll be waiting a while on that one anyway.
