Holy hell, the outfit that runs Bluejacket and Churchkey in Washington DC are opening up a Brewery in Nola, along with BBQ.
Bluejacket is vv good
Brewery Saint X and Devil Moon BBQ are being developed by Neighborhood Restaurant Group, a hospitality company based in Washington D.C. known for its beer. The brewery/restaurant Bluejacket and the craft beer bar ChurchKey are two of its properties.
Neighborhood Restaurant Group founder Michael Babin is originally from Baton Rouge, and partnerships and events have brought his company frequently to New Orleans, including beer launches at local craft beer den the Avenue Pub.
“We’ve been dreaming of doing something in New Orleans for years,” said Greg Engert, beverage director and partner in the group.

BBQ and high calorie beer. Should be a fat fest.

This is much more exciting news than the announcement about that gimmicky chain place where the waiters are assholes opening.

He had a pop up at St Roch called Emmy Lou’s. Good stuff. Also does fried chicken wings and tenders through a catering popup called Buttermilk Fried

Hope it does well. I've been to BlueJacket and ChurchKey and both are seriously good.
Shannon will do a good job on the que, I just don't know about that location. Company Burger couldn't even survive right there.

yep and both have very good food menus. Bluejacket also has a small but very nice bourbon collection.
