Biden- single handedly fricked up a recovering economy and sent it to lows not even seen during the pandemic.
Carter- economy was not great when he took office but managed to make it worse
FDR- inherited a mess, got saved by being drawn into WWII, his policies were just a taste of what the socialist are doing today,
Bush Sr.- Reagan teed up a great chance to establish a rebirth of American greatness not seen since the 50s but Bish fricked it up by going against his campaign promise to not raise taxes in order to make a deal with Dems in Congress. That tax increase helped tank the economy.
Clinto- got lucky with advances in tech during his term but sold us all out by taking a shitload of cash from Chyna to allow,them into the WTO, which has gone over like a turd in a punch bowl.

Assuming Biden is excluded from the discussion due to mental illness and his illegitimate presidency, I’ll say Obama simply because of his corrupting of the military, federal law enforcement, and the judiciary.
Carter was an incompetent patriotic liberal, so I can’t hold him in the same low esteem as Obama.
