Are you going to sack up and put a stop to Biden's college loan redistribution plan?
Or are you just going to go on fox news and bitch about it?

90 percent he goes belly up. He hardly ever misses a chance to miss a chance.

He's staying fully in his shell.

I wonder how many of Mitch's country club friends are ok with the plan.

He’s too close to retirement. Now’s not the time to get knocked off the D.C. highbrow cocktail circuit list. In fact, now’s the time when he cements himself squarely on the list.

It's unconstitutional and will never be enacted. However, it won't be tossed out until after the midterms.
All according to plan. Biden can look like he did something, without doing anything.

He’s too busy figuring ways to sabotage any chance the GOP has to flip the Senate. He can’t be bothered with anything else now.

Mitch needs to ask his China doll wife what to do first. Let him get back to you.

My wife already received notice her student loan balance is zero as of this morning (it was ~$6000) and I've been told by several other people that they've received the same. Gonna be really tough for them to go back after midterms and do something about it after telling millions of people that their loans don't exist anymore.
If the GOP was going to do something about it, they should have had a request for an injunction filed the minute after Biden signed that executive order

By the time the Court decides that, the damage will be done.

Thats why you file for an emergency temporary injunction, so the court can prevent the damage being done until it is able to decide the issue on the merits.

As others have said no nothing is going to happen to this plan. The precedent got set back when Trump paused the payments that we're OK with the executive branch making decisions on student loans and a large part of the country sees this as within that realm.
Could republicans challenge it in court? Yes, and it is possible they could get it thrown out but what do you really win at that point? Is it worth it?
I would rather see them take a different approach and try to push for legislation that makes future loans have bankruptcy ability, reduce costs of education, and see if we can levy taxes on the colleges to cover some of the costs of the forgiveness. To me, that's an easier hill to fight on.

I call bullshite. It doesn’t work like that.
Also, it will 100% be challenged in court and if overturned, people owe the money back to the tax payers that they knowingly borrowed

Who do you think will be blamed for that politically?

He’s just going to go on Fox News and bitch about it.
People running for election on actually doing something about it, are “bad candidates” and it’s your fault for nominating them.
And obligatory - Kevin McCarthy sucks just as bad, if not worse.
