Without getting into too many details what can be done to a Dr for lying and editing a patient's chart. I know someone who was over prescribed medication and the Dr. blamed the patient and then flagged them for prescription abuse. Then the Dr changed the charts to cover it up.

Seems like it would be easy to get records from the pharmacy but I’m no Columbo

I’m not doctor or lawyer, but malpractice would be my guess.

If it were overprescribed wouldn’t the prescription have the doctors dose recommendation on it? How would the doctor cover this up? Busted

Seems like your info is second hand.
You sure the Dr. changed the charts and you arent being fed a line by someone who took a month of xanax in a week and wanted more?

They can be reported to the medical licensing board of your particular state. However, you’d better have some pretty strong proof before accusing someone of that. Substantially more proof than your speculation….

You have proof of these allegations?
Why is it your business in the first place?

It's a lot more than just prescriptions. She denied giving several test. She changed those to on the chart.

Can you prove this? Are there records from the insurance to support what the initial procedure was vs what it is listed as now?

All charts have audit histories
If this is true it’s going to the easiest case for any lawyer
