Investigate crimes not people.
Stop investigating people in search of a crime.
Investigate crimes and that will eventually lead you to the perps.
This should be rule number one as a LEO.
You will gain much support and respect from the general public by following this one rule.

THE FBI IS NO LONGER A LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY. It stopped being one a long time ago. It is the enforcement arm of the Democrat party. Nothing more, nothing less.
