This was in a civil deposition. They already ditched the criminal case because they knew they couldn’t meet the standard. While I’m sure Trump regrets his words about the 5th Amendment….no lawyer anywhere would allow their client to answer questions in a clearly political civil case deposition.

Trump pleaded the 5th
Politician worship is so bad that people can't admit something so obvious, that he's made hypocritical statements. Politicians are supposed to work for you, stop worshipping these people so badly, it's a bad look.
It's ok, he fricked up his words. It happens. It's truly ok to admit that.

Correct. There are federal laws and regulations that literally do not allow the lender to take the value from the borrower. They must do independent appraisals so this whole investigation is bogus.
