Can we sue MSM and all those “intelligence officers” for lying about Hunter’s laptop?

They did more damage to America with those lies than Alex Jones could ever dream of. They and all Biden voters owe us reparations for the damage they have inflicted on hardworking Americans. I’ll go ahead and say Jones is a dipshit to take that weak arse reply away from the leftist sycophants.

If it hurt your feelings, apparently that's all that matters.

Lady Justice is dead and won't be revived for quite some time.

My advice: Move out of the city and become as self-sufficient as you can. Either that, or buy a ball gag, some lube, and stretch those hamstrings!

No reason to be condescending… OP makes a valid point.

The damage from the lie that Hunter Biden’s laptop was Russian Propaganda is infinitely more damaging that questioning Sandy Hook.

There should be some level of recourse.

It ranks right up there with the "no reasonable prosecutor" bullshite with Killary's secret server explanation. Certain people and political parties are protected.

2 levels of justice… those at the top can do whatever they want.

But there’s hell to pay if we don’t a speeding ticket or pay taxes.

This shlt has to stop.

I completely read the tone differently, hence my sarcasm. Sorry for the lack of a filter.

All you need is a MAGA judge, a MAGA jury and a MAGA media to brag about it.

Time to fight fire with fire.

You should be able to get 850 million easy from the corrupt ABCs.

There are no "legal" solutions. There never are with commies.

The families of those soldiers killed from the botched pullout should be able to sue Biden or the government.

Brennan, Clapper, et al were all private citizens expressing their opinions. It doesn't matter if they had ulterior motives or were flying cover for Hunter and Joe. If they said "I believe" or "I think" or some sort of qualifier. They are protected.

If you want to clean the swamp, gut the CIA and Dept of State. Those upper level foreign service types are worse than CIA or FBI.

This is cute and all, but Alex Jones wasn't sued for lying. He was sued for defamation, which is an untrue statement that damages someone's reputation. And only the people who were the subject of the untrue statement can sue.

If you want to sue someone just for lying and causing you monetary damage, you sue for fraud. Very difficult to prove, and unless the lie caused you to take some specific detrimental action, hard to prove you were damaged.

The memo said that the laptop had all the earmarks of a Russian intelligence op but then in the very next paragraph of the memo they say that they haven’t actually accessed the laptop or examined it so they can’t say whether their suspicions are supported by any evidence.

The media ALWAYS refers to the first paragraph but NEVER refers to the second.

The MSM folks are the ones at fault here.
