ps - never been much of a mustang guy but the MACH 1 is badass, especially this style.

I'm a bit partial to the '78 Corolla Coupe.

I have a new Mach 1, so I have a future classic.

My brother’s first car was a 1969 Mustang Fastback. He got it for his 16th birthday in ‘83. It had a 351 Windsor with a four barrel carb. It had other add-ins but I can’t remember what all else it had. The previous owner had bought it new and babied it until he sold it to our grandmother for my brother’s 16th birthday. That car looked brand new. It was beautiful. And It was a freaking beast at drag racing. Therein lies the problem. He was a 16 year old new driver with an extremely powerful muscle car. He kept it about a year, close to two maybe. I remember the day he sold it, the guy who bought it brought a tow truck to pick it up. The engine was knocking, transmission shot, even the drive shaft was on the ground due to a broken u-joint. But the body was still spotless. We’d just ragged it out drag racing. It looked a lot like this…



… I’ve been told the guy who bought it completely rebuilt the drivetrain and still has it. No telling what it’s worth now.

I want a 2 door Tahoe so bad
