Feel like my stomach is always all over the place, often bloated, lots of wet dumps, all that. This stuff seems to say it’s good for gut health and energy levels.

Anyone take it?

Having worked on a farm for my high school years there is no way in hell that I would eat/drink that but I’ve heard it’s amazing for your immune system. Have you tried eating yogurt?

I add a couple scoops of goat milk colostrum to a protein shake if I think I need more immunity to something going around in my house

This is what I’m talking about, seems legit

I read the reviews, and it seems it’s almost too good to be true. I asked my doc, and he said it’s perfectly safe so think I may check it out.

Many experts recommend choosing a high-quality [bovine colostrum supplement](LINK that is sourced from grass-fed cows and processed at low temperatures to preserve its bioactive components.

Just take a fiber gummy regularly. Why is this so complicated?
