Cecil "The Diesel" Collins.
Potentially the greatest RB to ever play at LSU. No defense, or locked door, could stop him.

The 1986 LSU basketball team the ultimate Cinderella run nobody except LSU fans remember
Dale Brown's not getting any younger, they better do it soon

The 2019 season is a 30 for 30.
But the 2020-21 seasons would be a 10 part series.

Everything that happened post 2019 natty leading up to the FLa game in 2021 would be 30 for 30 worthy

Tito Horford, Hernán Montenegro and John Williams.. what if they all 3 played at LSU at the same time ??
The entire 1986 basketball season hands down is the one.

Could start with Les’ first season in 2005, Katrina
BCS Champ in 07, set up foreshadowing with Auburn clock management but got lucky
2009 Ole Miss clock management
2010 Tennessee clock management
Honey Badger
1/9/12
Honey Badger gets kicked off team
Beginning of the end, get to 2016 with that shite Wisconsin game and the Auburn play clock debacle
I’m sure I’m missing more poor clock management games
Title it: “The Les Dance” as a play on The Last Dance

I'd like to see one on Pistol Pete and how he was ahead of his time. His records that will never be broken, his great pro career and untimely death.
How'd we get to page three with no mention of Pete Maravich?

There have been multiple movies, ESPN and SEC classics on him

I'd like to see one about the 86 run to the Final Four.
I'd also like to see a story about the day we woke up with Les Miles going to Michigan and went to bed with LSU in the BCS National Championship Game.
That team barely made the Tournament that season then beat the region's 3 seed, 2 seed, and a 1 seed they lost to 3 times to advance to Dallas and probably should've beaten Louisville in the semis. That's a more impressive tale than NC State beating Houston and doing what they did. NC State won the ACC Tournament in 83 and beat UNC and Virginia to do that, they weren't a team to overlook ever.

What if I told you that being a half yard short on 4th down at the end of a LSU/A&M game was close enough for refs in college station.

all of these suggestions seem fine locally but i dont think 95 percent of america really cares about them

In all seriousness, I would love to see one about college baseball and the gorilla ball era
I’d rather leave that topic unexplored. College baseball has gotten a pass on that era while MLB players have been vilified. Less is more for me on that topic.

it didn't happen, but if...if LSU had beaten Saban last year as a 27.5 underdog. there's your once in a lifetime football story. To begin with how often is LSU that big of a dog? Not even when vengeful Spurrier was naming his number were we that lightly thought of.
To give you some idea, Phil steele once charted a whole season, how often an underdog of a certain amount of points was an outright winner: so a 1 point dog won 49% of the time, all the way up to a 35 point dog winning 0.05% of the time. the 35 point underdog winner happened once that particular season across all of college football, and was the highest that year (the highest ever was +42.5 Stanford coached by Harbaugh over USC).
a win that night would have been the ultimate puncher's chance upset. I'm gonna get downvoted for this, but I was proud that night. In defeat, I get it, still puffed my chest out even though we didn't get the last laugh.
