Driver was wearing purple shorts. Dude walking on the road after the crash had on purple shorts. Passenger was in blue shorts. So it may be an error in the translation like the pregnant man.

"Suo" can mean his or her in Italian. Probably just a bad translation.

A very small part if me hates to say it, but after watching that video it is clear that idiot needed to die. Fortunately, he didn't take anyone else with him.

Yeah the article says he was alive but died at Hospital. If that's accurate, it's definitely a bad scratcher.

I'm assuming one, or both, of them weren't wearing seatbelts and were ejected. The cabin of the car actually looks surprisingly whole considering.

A used Audi R8, in the 2012 range, can be bought for around $80,000. Not cheap, but also not stupid expensive considering the price of SUV's and trucks.
