Let me guess, it will be income limited and the middle class (who receive none of the other welfare payments that the “poor” receive) will be left to pay their bills like adults. In other words, the gradual extinguishing of the middle to upper-middle class continues.

Entergy bill? New Orleans City of Council pass a rule that Entergy can't cut off your electricity or charge late fees for non payment through Nov. 1st.

I don’t need welfare. I just need my bill not to be $600/mo after:
- Replacing main central A/C unit with one “energy efficient”
- Replaced 17 windows that are supposed energy efficient
- Replaced most used hot water heater with tankless
Did this precovid and bill is almost twice what it was during Trump term precovid.
