We have a Belgian Malinois who has acted as a service dog for 9 years to a Vietnam veteran with Parkinson's disease. The veteran can no longer take care of the dog so we are looking for a home. If you are interested please leave an email for me to contact you. Everything is up to date on her and she is fixed. Very sweet dog. Doesn't like cats but has never eaten or attacked one. She's a bit overweight right now but she desperately loves to run and stay active. If you think you can help in the relocation of her please leave your email also.

I'd love to have her, but would be afraid she'd eat my cat.

Looks exactly like my 6 yr old Belgian male. I wonder how two of them would be together?

I didn't see your email address.

I have owned Belgian Malinois and I have experience with fostering/adopting older dogs. I live in the country in NW Louisiana. Plenty of land and a good place.

If no one has claimed the dog, I'm interested.

Send this to a dog rescue organization like Cajun Tails. They're good people.

There's a German Shepherd rescue in Houston that may be able to help.

I've never been around a dog with more energy than a Malinois. It's insane. That one being older and fat might make it a fit for more than just a handful of people, though.
