i watched two women run out of a bath and body works in elmwood 3 weeks ago with bags full of candles they did not pay for. the shop employees said they couldnt do anything but call the cops. sad times we're living in.

And if the employees dared to question if they were going to pay for the items before they left, they’d make national news and get canceled. Literally a lose lose.

Saw the same thing at Ulta in Townecenter. Not a damn thing they could do but call Top Flight Security, and by the time he came on the golf cart, they had cleared out.

You can thank attorneys for making it nearly impossible to hold someone accountable on the local level. The liability in most cases is not worth it.
