Destroying history is always the goal of every authoritarian ideology. Controlling history and the present makes it easier to control the future.
You'll eventually see the rewriting of historical figures..some of them will probably be 'woke'. Wouldn't surprise me if Alexander the Great is eventually called transgender and she was just fighting against gender inequality.

Gender is virtually immaterial to what the larger goal of anthropology is.
It certainly plays a role though.

Progressives have to progress...even if there is no demand for it, it hurts society, and frankly, is absurd. It is their entire self-identity. They ALWAYS have to have some sort of existential "crusade". Always. By and large, they have ZERO self-esteem as an individual. They only find a sense of self-esteem from collectivism. That's why you always see them jump fully into support for the "current thing"...even if that current thing contradicts one of the past "current things" they fanatically supported. They need to be a part of something to feel self-worth. Creating their own individual happiness is not a part of their psyche

Yes it does play a role in understanding cultures. However, we already know the positions in which men and women have taken historically. Sure there are exceptions, like female Viking raiders for one.

The wokest freakazoid instructor I had in college was a female cultural anthropology TA at UGA way back in the summer of 1972. She preached this shite way back then. A total nut case she was. I was scared of her crazy-arse self.
