His '85 conviction was overturned by Mexican courts in 2013. Obama and alpha orgs flip out and the next day they reissue an arrest warrant. He goes on the lam, US puts up $20MM bounty. His whole story is crazy

They probably just waited until he was 90 or developed some terminal disease to arrest him. They knew where he was the whole time. Just a political move.
