If he’s there, he’s going to talk about LIV to everyone and probably be a distraction.
And all the soy boys said hi

So the players not involved in LIV are allowed to talk bad about LIV in media interviews, but the players that have joined LIV are kept far away from the media and Greg Norman, a two time past Open champion, isn’t even allowed on the property.
If journalism hadn’t become a profession full of mindless dolts who toe party lines, there would be serious questions as to the censorship being applied by the R&A.

Today I learned that every winner in golf has won previously.
Nobody said he can't win. But if you've been paying attention to the tour at all you've seen that these young kids, Zalatoris being foremost among them, have had a hard time getting their first win. The nerves eat these guys up.

Zalatoris has been pretty nails towards the end of the last two majors honestly. Especially the PGA
Drains a long putt to make the playoff, then goes -1 in the playoff itself. Sometimes in sports you choke and still win, and sometimes you come to clutch and still lose. It happens

Looking back a few weeks ago the USGA tried to keep the US Open fairer in that respect. But the R&A are looking like fanatics in contrast and you can see that everything they're setting up smacks of the DP and PGA tour.

And now tiger comes out swinging. That’s too bad. He already has a billion dollars.

So a billionaire wants to know what's the incentive to practice if they are making great money. Shouldn't he be the right guy to answer that? In detail?
At 47, playing on one leg and in constant pain, he's still out there practicing. Can't make this stuff up.

The comment about what's the incentive with guaranteed money makes no sense from one of the coldest blooded killers in the history of sports. Is he saying if he would've taken that deal in his 20's he still wouldn't have grinder because I find that impossible to believe.
Sad to see tiger using the given talking points

You think maybe tiger said that because the LIV players themselves are saying they can’t wait to play less golf and relax more?
You see how that could maybe not sit well for someone like you said is a “cold blooded killer”?

That's not the way he phrased his comment, so no I don't think that.

It's a foolish statement coming from him. He's playing from a position of unparalleled privilege.
Why not simply suggest that golfers resort back to the Bobby Jone's days and play as amateurs? After all tradition and competition are what it's all about when it comes to golf.

Tournament golf with players on contract is as gay as it gets.
And tournament golf with a field of 54 guys on contract is even MORE lame.
And for the 1000th time y’all are comparing the most competitive man ever born to a bunch of questionably competitive idiots.

Love this event and no greater course than this...Can't wait.
My favorite event of the year. I'll hopefully get to play at least three out of The Old Course, Trump International, Royal Dornoch, and Muirfield (visitors can only play Tuesday and Thursday) for me and Mrs Iwy's 10 year anniversary in two years.

Dude worked his arse off to get to that unparalleled privilege. What’s stopping the other folks from doing that?
