Not a great transition to the wood. Eek

Stretching Taylor out I like to see. Lot of validation going on in the rest of those numbers

Good to see Edwards bouncing back so far.

Batters are getting crushed. Must be the summerball hangover

Yeah I truly believe Taylor is posed to have a very good year. I’d love to see Edwards turn the corner.
The rest of the numbers are pretty blah. Pearson’s numbers are pretty disappointing.

Ehh. Not enough Brayden’s and Jaxton’s on that list.

Not according to LSUsports but go ahead and knock yourself out posting the stats

Would be amazing if he could be a sunday starter or an effective piece of the bullpen.

If he can be more consistent, he could push for a weekend job.
Every year I convince myself we will have a really good baseball team but this year feels different. I feel like we're a fricking Wagon.

Thanks for adding on as well. I figured I’d miss a few but I like to check in every so often to see how they doing. The only problem and I love what Project does, but you have to go through a ton of pages reading.

For the most part not great numbers. Thompson struggling.

The recruiting thread is a different animal this year. Mostly with the revamped energy in recruiting by coaches and the portal situation now.

They also haven't had enough ABs to really draw any conclusions

We're sleeping on this outfield class in general, we talk a ton about Kling but Zeb Ruddell is no slouch. His analytical numbers are big league average similar to Crews out of HS and he can run. I'm really excited to see his transition to college ball. Jay has already been on record saying Mic Paul might be the best true CF he's recruited.

Love to see that! Expecting him to really step up his game in 2023.

They need to let Thompson go back to whatever plate approach he had when PM was here because the new one doesn't fit him and it's effecting his play in the field.
Posted on 7/7/22 at 10:23 am to 5iveEuax4eaux
That is very far from the truth. Pretty much every offensive number he had this past season was better than his numbers from his freshman season. 2 less homers is the only drop off but he hit more doubles. He walked more and K less. I would say his approach was much better. That had nothing to do with his defensive play.
