I am going to say one that is great, that many might not agree with, but hear me out.
Cox. BUT what is good about them is if you have an outage their app tells you if its an outage of if its something on your end. I have never had a problem using the chat feature.
With that said.. If you want to talk to an actual person.. Then you are fricked.

AirBNB is an awful one. If there’s an issue, you’re in your own. Their reps are trained to say generic shite calm you while having no answers or solutions. You can tell they are reading from a script.
Yep. Got fricked by them this past weekend.
Seems like a shitty business model ripe for problems because it’s so reliant on so many different and potentially unavailable things.

Yeti was the easiest I have ever dealt with. Got one of their zipper ice chest as a promotion for an alarm company. So I had no receipt or anything. Around 5 years later the zipper broke, called customer service they sent me an email to respond with pictures of it and said they’d be in touch. About 3 days later I get a call to go and check email and pick what chest I wanted and was then mailed to me within a week or 2.

Yeah you pay for that for a product at literally 4x the cost. It’s more like joining a club than just buying something. Similar to Costa. It’d make more sense if they promoted that element moreso.

Ive been reading that they break a lot of local laws bc you can sublet an apartment for under 30 days.

AT&T is the worst and not close.
Any Texas toll road group is a crap shoot.

Good: Costco, REI, Adam’s Polishes, Lafayette Shooters. Yeti is also wonderful.
Bad: I would rather go to the dentist than try to talk to AT&T. There’s no way those guys are even trying.
