despite what you may think, both mingo and myself are actually trying to help you. you stated you were over 20% bodyfat prolly but didnt know, you stated you didnt like lifting heavy, you stated you didnt know what your macros were, you stated you wanted to take PEDs to help with motivation............................................................................................................sorry but those are all reasons not to take PEDs. Sorry you didnt like the answer.
I'm not sure if he's mixing up BMI and %BF. I've never seen someone in "good shape" with a 20% BF. I have seen people in good shape with the BS BMI 20. I think if he really wants to take the peptides, he should at least report back with what he did and the results.
I don't claim to know shite about peptides but some stuff I have read talks about growing cells. I just imagine my luck of growing cancer cells and to me, it's not worth the shortcut.
Going back and reading the OP's responses to the questions is like trying to figure out a riddle. I think people are trying to help but OP side steps more questions than Potato Joe.

I misspoke in the original thread. I was 22% BMI 3 years ago and haven’t been checked since. In better shape now but not quite sure now which is why I said 20-25%. BF % I don’t know.
There is no riddle and didn’t ask for a diagnosis. I originally asked about thoughts on Peptides and that’s it.
Had some quality answers for a start as I research more so if you have any please join in.

This confirms you don't know what the hell you're talking about.

If you aren't controlling everything you can control, and you aren't then you don't need to be doing PED's. That's the answer, but you don't like the answer

Seriously wtf do you want us to tell you?
I mean what do you want us to say?
And why in the fukc is a functional medicine doctor recommending peptides? You realize he can lose his fricking license for that right? Any doctor prescribing any peptides other than the ones for healing or if maybe in place of hgh if one is deficient, so maybe a ghrh and a ghrp, is a fricking quack.
Any doctor prescribing them for muscle and strength is a fricking lunatic.

He is friend who happens to be a doctor and he has taken them personally and it's helped him at some point is all I know. He is on TRT now(because he needs it) and also the same age as me in his early 40's. He didn't tell me to take anything he suggested looking into them for research purposes and consideration as a possibility. He isn't my personal physician. I would never take anything without proper bloodwork and know exactly what I was taking. BTW there are lots of people who do different programs(outside of yours) that still find success and results from their own programs like myself. I started this thread for dialogue not to be told it's this way or the highway. I appreciate your feedback and your strong personal stance on peptides. It definitely will help because I didn't come here for "Pro" Peptide comments as you and Scott keep suggesting. I came here for thoughts from both sides. Didn't know I'd have to Tag Team the Steiner Brothers to have some decent feedback.

Then why are you being so coy about it?

Because quite frankly I don't like you enough to share what I do to keep in shape, or care to hear your thoughts about what I like for exercise. I came here to talk about Peptides "Pros and Cons", not sure I mentioned that yet.

Honestly, that's the only way a lot of them can be sold. You can't buy them for fitness. Only research. It's all sketchy for a reason. My honest question to you is would you consider taking roids if your buddy had suggested that?
I don't think any possible gains will outweigh the risks involved.
Just keep lifting hard and find some good pre workouts for when you need some extra focus.
Good luck, no matter what you do.

I'll consider taking Testosterone without him suggesting it. I tried test a couple times in my late 20's and personally I don't/didn't like the side effects like water weight, blood pressure and irritability. Plus as stated in other posts at my age it now is a lifetime choice so the answer is no I won't use them until I have to. Honestly regardless of having to deal with some of the negativity here in this post it will help me make sure I do more research before making any choice.

Don't bother with peptides. Honestly, the advice on the first page is probably the best, though I might start with PPSA silverback and go to Pool Season 1&2 after that. You'll be surprised how much you can change by being on the right programs. I'm indebted to this board for introducing me to PPSA. If you still want something extra after getting diet and workouts dialed in, get your doctor friend to help you monitor labs while doing a cycle of test cypionate. Do your research first and don't forget the PCT. I don't think 777 was originally trying to come down hard on you, he just believes the risk/reward ratio for peptides isn't great, and I'm inclined to agree. Don't use anything to give you motivation, just be disciplined, and your body will change drastically. Good luck!

Thanks man I appreciate it. Maybe I'm confused with hearing positive stuff about other types of Peptides over the years and not the ones people have used for muscle growth and all the side effects that can come from use. Also it seems like I remember people on this site talking about Peptides years ago and multiple threads on them with most suggesting having had good results. I just wasn't interested at the time.

Go for the juice baw. You already got the roid rage.

You are going to have much better and stable and safer results getting on trt than with peptides. There is decades worth of research regarding testosterone and the human body. That can't be said for 'peptides' many of which have awful side effects and the long term impact(s) are unknown. You sound like a lazy guy who just wants to take shortcuts to have a beach body or something. You have had several people try and give you very solid advice yet you just want to argue.
-go get a full blood panel done
-start to eat right
-start to get 8 hours of sleep a night
-start an exercise program of your choice
if your blood work comes back bad then that can easily be fixed by trt and other things. You don't seem to want to do any of this though. You aren't going to take peptides then all the sudden wake up looking like Frank Zane. You are wasting everyone's time at this point.
