Here's your opportunity to tell us who then is the BBQ Capital of the world if not HOUston, Texas.

TBH, DFW and ATX would be our only competition.

Hughie’s
KA Sushi
Coltivare
Loro

Pho Ben
La Lucha

Been to Ka, going to Loro this afternoon for happy hour (I think)

I will say, one redeeming quality about Houston is happy hour.

Delicious food.

I also think Eugene's would be worth his/her time.

Bumping this for a question...

I'll be in Houston in a couple weeks... rolling into town between 12:30-1:30 on a Friday afternoon.

If I hit Pinkerton's or Truth will they be sold out by then?

I’m at Loro now and you were correct. Great spot.

I'm assuming you can make an argument for Memphis and KC. However, outside of those 5 cities you won't find nearly enough good places to be considered the Mecca IMO.

Maybe St. Louis?
