What agency will collect the International Flat Tax?

Where will they be based? Where will they hold it? How's it get distributed? Who's enforcing it in places like Afghanistan and remote areas of South America or Sub-Saharan Africa?

My guess the IMF. Now, who has actual control of that and how it would be distributed, is anyone's guess. Being that it likely is held in a huge bank account, who collects the interest, and how is THAT disclosed?

It'll be some bullshite money grab for the elite.
Each country will have their collection agency, here in the US , I'd imagine it would be the IRS, or even even worse, some new Biden concocted agency that will collect and distribute to some international slush fund.
Probably for every dollar you would have to give them, only 1 or 2 cents will actually go to whatever mission was set out. The rest will line the Pelosis, the Bidens, the Obamas, the Clinton's, etc. Probably even the likes of Zuckerberg will get their slimy hands on it, too.
