Figured that title would get people’s attention. I’ll be smashing up some burgers Thursday and maybe on the block Friday. First few people to come get a burger and mention this post will get it free cause I’ll cover a fellow F&D board brethren. Just mention tigerdroppings when you go to pay. Probably do 3 free burgers and maybe some beef cheeks on Friday!

I say this with no hyperbole - the people and food at Gonzo's are just the best. Yall are so nice and hard working and the food is just incredible.

I agree with everyone, best bbq in the state. I’m just a friend that goes to hang out and work for free lol. I’m lucky enough to help at his events but it’s just to support Jason. He’s pretty much a one man show.

Jason has a jammin' burger and killer central Texas style BBQ. First time I met him we were checking out his Mil Scales out back and he gave us a couple links of brisket boudin to try. First time I met him. Good dude man.

Not sure if he wants to share, but what is his longterm plan?
