I've taken adderall every day, Monday - Friday, since 2013. It has changed my life. My only regret is not getting on it sooner when I was in school. They started me off on Vyvanse which was fine for a while, but my blood pressure started increasing. Then they put me on some generic version, which made me kinda irritable. Then finally switched me to 30mg adderall. I take one each morning, and I'm a fricking rockstar. No trouble with blood pressure, ED, or falling asleep at night. At my last job I was promoted twice in a 3 year span, and learned the business well enough to go off on my own and start my own business. I've been successfully running that business now for 4 years. I owe it all to adderall. But yes, on the days that I don't take them, I notice a significant decrease in my attention span and overall motivation. But the cure for that is to just get your prescription refilled, and take another pill, then all of those harmful side effects seem to go away... Even though you're 45, I would still recommend getting on it. If nothing else, try it for a month and see if you notice a change in your overall productivity, and if you don't like it then stop taking it.

I've been looking into this as well, but cannot figure out anywhere online what the going price per KWH is that Entergy or any of the other utility companies would be willing to pay.

I've heard the same thing about the former Northshore head coach, Josh Buelle. Seems like he is the current front runner for the position at Ponchatoula.
I heard that he's looking to open up a restaurant on the Northshore soon. Either Hammond or Mandeville.
Holy sh!t... I'm so glad to see I'm not alone! This exact same thing happened to me a few weeks ago when it was really cold.
It was about 4:00am and I heard this crashing sound that sounded like something fell off the wall. It kept happening every 10 minutes or so. I was convinced I was under attack by an intruder. Then finally figured out it was the tiles popping up. Same thing, none of them cracked, just popped up and were loose. I thought maybe it was a water leak, or my foundation was cracking. I called my insurance company, they sent out an adjuster who showed me how the floors were grouted all the way to the base boards, and they didn't leave an expansion gap. So when the house expanded or contracted from the cold weather, it caused them to pop. Even though they are original tiles, and the house is 20 years old, it just happened to be the perfect storm that morning.
He then proceeded to tell me that the cause of this issue was "Improper Installation" which of course insurance doesn't pay for. So hope you got some cash saved up.

Face Mask Recommendations

Posted by w0291524 on 1/25/21 at 4:05 pm
Going to Disney World in March and trying to decide on which face mask to wear. Looking for recommendations.

Couldn't care less about effectiveness or trying to stop the spread, or any other meaningless things of that nature. Just simply want something that I can comfortably breathe in all day. I want something as thin as possible, but that can still pass the eye test of a Disney Mask Nazi.

Neck gaiters, open-chin triangle bandanas and face coverings containing valves, mesh material or holes of any kind are not acceptable face coverings, per Disney's website.
I caught it back in July and the doctor told me it's highly unlikely to catch the same strain twice. However, what they've seen from some of the autopsies done on those that have died from it are these polyps that have built up on different organs. Which would suggest that, similar to Tuberculosis, it can go and hide in one of your organs for a little while, your symptoms go away, then it flares up again later on. Which would make your symptoms come back or could possibly kill you. (Highly unlikely)
