Aaronson is so good. I know it’s Grenada but still

He’s so quick twitch. And he actually has technical ability. Recent phenomenon for us to have a $30M transfer and it isn’t seen as as big deal any longer.

Looks like garbage, but not like wrote off garbage.

More like trying way way to hard to be spectacular garbage.

He's not right for the world cup, this one anyway, but he is big and fast and if he can develop he'll be a good one

He’s definitely trying way too hard

Seems like a Ruben Loftus Cheek type player (develop into).

I would absolutely take that. RLC actually looked pretty good when he got time for Chelsea this season.

I was kind of hoping Jesus would score again just for the “who scored the most goals in a single match?” trivia

Assuming we're taking 26 to Qatar...

GK (3): Turner, Steffen, Johnson

CB (5): Zimmerman, Richards, Long, CCV, McKenzie? (frick this group got week fast with MRob's injury and Brooks' uncertainy.)

RB (3): Dest, Yedlin, Cannon

LB (2): Robinson, Scally I guess

MID (5): Adams, McKennie, Musah, Acosta, De La Torre

WNG (5): Pulisic, Reyna, Weah, Aaronson, Arriola

#9 (3): Ferreira, Wright, Sargent

It's actually really hard to fill out 23... let alone 26, because after you get past the 15-17 or so locks, there is a huge dropoff.

From 12 shots. A tap-in, an unmarked shot... happy for him, but this game shouldn't change anyone's opinion of him either way.

My opinion was that he is our best option at #9 in terms of getting into dangerous spots, and our best at hold up.

You're right, that didn't change for me.

Man Ben Olson is terrible at this.

He needs a step stool if they're gonna put him next to Champion.

I'd still like to see what Weah does in that role with Gio healthy.

Sure, but in terms of the #9's we've used post-COVID, Ferreira has been our best... and there hasn't really been a close 2nd minus that one month stretch Pepi had.

Where did I say it was because of Grenada?

Your reading comprehension sucks.

I think Erik Palmer Brown is probably ahead of McKenzie at the moment for a CB spot.

Right now? yeah

But I actually think McKenzie presents more in terms of being able to play out the back. I'm just not that high on EPB... not that high on McKenzie either, but I think he has more upside of the two.

I hope Gregg and Brooks can work out whatever issues they have.
