I've already said if I was a player, I would jump too. I'm surprised the whole tour hasn't jumped already with the money being thrown around.

No but I don't watch much PGA tour either other than the majors. I'd rather be playing than watching most of the time. Does look like they are taking most of the disliked players from the tour along with the guys biding their time waiting on the senior tour.

They only have 2 so far. One hasn't won on the PGA tour in 12 years, the other hasn't won in 1.5 years and people only care about him because of his wife.
If you go look at the OWGR graphs of all the decent players they have, they are all trending downwards.

Bryson is already in, I think cantlay and Brooks will be, as well as some of the euros.

Yeah, I don’t consider anyone in LIV a big loss for the PGA.
Now if you start getting JT, Scheffler, Rahm, types it’s going to get interesting. If they can play the majors and LIV idk why they wouldn’t go get a paycheck. LIV could fold and everyone goes back to PGA anyways, might as well try and cash out first.

I see what you are saying, the whole Saudi issue is a separate argument that I don’t really care about, honestly I just don’t see the format being that watchable. People that want to stick it to the PGA get jaded over this.

This plus the XFL style team names and super aggro branding makes me question how long it will stick around.
But I will check it out. I sat through 4 NFL QBs playing bad golf the other day on top of suffering through my own rounds daily so it could always be worse
