nothing good will come from that complex. It will only get worse. It's huge and I'm sure the owner will do what he gotta do to keep rent money coming in. Rent to a bunch of undesirables. It's gonna drag the whole area down.

This side of town has really gone downhill in the past 5 years
After Katrina we lived in Sherwood acres apartments- we called it firewood acres bc some apartments caught fire a few times the year we were there

I lived across Piccadilly in Sherwood back in 2000-2004. Saw some shite go down outside my apartment. Moved my arse to ascension with the quickness.
