So I get mouth ulcers frequently, normally caused by stress, too much acidic food/drink or who the hell knows why.

Any way I usually get the peroxide based mouth wash and it helps them heal but not having much luck this time. These bastards are killing me, anyone have a remedy that has worked for them.

TIA

Go to Walgreen's/CVS whatever is close to you.
Buy these. Buy about 2-3 boxes. These cover things work. Get a towel dry the spot and put these on it. The hardest part is getting them on staying on.
one of these two should be by the dental floss

Then once you have the patch cover thing on it, pour this shite allover it. Do all of this after you eat and where you won't be eating or drinking anything for a few hours, a good while.

Once they fad off after you finally eat..do it allover again until it's gone. Might take 2 days or so

I get those mouth sores frequently and have found Abreva to work wonders - somewhat expensive, but fast relief.

I used alum when I got ulcers from braces. But that was 35 years ago. But it worked. If you try it, just apply it to the ulcer, but don’t swallow it, leave it on for a minute and spit it out.

I had a dentist years ago tell me about an active ingredient in toothpaste (SLS) that causes them. I used to get them all the time. I switched toothpaste to Synsodyne (doesn’t contain sodium lauryl sulfate) and I have probably had less than 5 in the past 10 years. Amazing.

Drink your own urine.

You ever hear of folks who’ve been stuck out at sea on a life boat for weeks complain of mouth ulcers?

Me either.

You'll think I'm crazy. Rub a wet styptic pencil on it. Instant cure within a day.

Had these often as a kid. My parents always made me gargle warm salted water.
