Klaus Schawb is literally outlining a conspiracy by definition in that video. Who is conspiring? The stakeholders "in this room". What are they conspiring, "the future". How? First they "act as stakeholders of larger communities" and second, "that we collaborate".
The second synonym for "collaborate" is "conspire".
This is not a conspiracy theory. At the WEF they are literally conspiring.

Poor Klaus. He hasn’t come to grips with the fact that his plan is as good as dead when he goes on to his reward. Sure there will be people try to continue it and I’m sure he has a set successor for figurehead but there will be too many others waiting in the wings who won’t be satisfied with just being part of the operation and start trying to make the moves to put themselves at the top. Internal conflict from warring factions within the organization and outside aggression from regular folks and few of the right influential people pushing against the globalists will lead to an interesting conundrum.
